On Spooky2 Remote, we recommend running them 24 hours a day for at least 3 days (or even 1 week). Normally, you will keep running them until your symptoms disappear or you are sure that these frequencies are not working for you. On Spooky2 Contact, we recommend at least 2 times a day for about 3 days (unless your symptoms disappear and you can stop at this time), once is not enough.
