Usage of Reflexology

Reflexology is a non-invasive health therapy. Based on the theory of reflex acupoints, different acupuncture points on the feet, calves, hands or ears correspond to different muscles or organs of the body. Relaxing and balancing these acupoints leads to increased relaxation and well-being. . For example, in foot reflexology, the bone structure under the foot defines 3 different areas, representing the shoulder line and the pelvic line (horizontal line). In addition, there are 10 vertical lines that further divide the foot. These lines define Reflexology is performed at the location of the foot massage point.

Reflexology is actually the art of reprogramming the atoms, cells and electrons of the body to their original state. The state is achieved by triggering signal points on the feet or hands. This is a process. The principle is that there are reflection areas on the feet and hands, corresponding to all glands, organs, and various parts of the body. Reflexology includes but is not limited to relieving stress and tension, improving blood supply, promoting the smooth flow of nerve impulses, and helping to naturally achieve homeostasis. The feet have a fundamental relationship with the body. The signal points on the feet provide a link with the main organs, muscles and circulatory system, respiratory system, digestive system, reproductive system, and skeletal system. Reflexology is used to manage energy savings in the body, reduce stress, and build greater physical awareness. It combats the effects of improper diet and environmental pollutants, and aligns physical, mental, and emotional energy.
