Ocular hypertension refers to a rise in intraocular pressure in one eye that is higher than normal. This pressure is called intraocular pressure. Normal intraocular pressure ranges from 10 to 21 mm Hg, but otherwise A group of people whose intraocular pressure is higher than 21 mm Hg is high intraocular pressure, but 90% of them may have no problems for a lifetime. High intraocular pressure is due to the imbalance between the production and discharge of fluid in the eye (Aqueous humour). Mostly, the drainage system that drains fluid from the inside of the eye is not working properly. Due to the malfunction of the drainage system, the fluid continues to increase but cannot be discharged, so that the eyes The accumulation of too much fluid in the eye causes the pressure in the eye to rise. This is how the high pressure in the eye comes from, and the optic nerve (Optic nerve) in the eye may be damaged due to pressure overload, or may turn into glaucoma (Glaucoma).

• Poor sitting or standing posture.
• Excessive exercise or poor diet.

Causes of secondary headaches include:

• Sinusitis puts pressure on your sinuses, which can then lead to headaches.
• Taking too many medicines. For quick relief from headaches, you can seek the help of pain relievers, however, taking too much of the medication may lead to a medication overuse headache.
• A spinal tap may cause spinal headaches.
