The development of the Healy Deep Cycle program is the result of Jan Fredrik Poleszynski’s experience in microcurrent frequency therapy since 2009 and is closely related to the comprehensive ideas of Nuno Nina and his “Golden Frequency” series. The Deep Cycle program has a special place in applications in the field of bioenergy and is generally more comprehensive than the Gold Cycle program. The whole body therapy of Nuno Nina and the Deep Cycle program is an alternative medicine and stands for Bio-Energy Balance.

Jan Fredrik Poleszynski treats several clients with chronic fatigue or impaired cellular metabolism at his integrative medicine clinic in Oslo. If clients with long-term health problems still have digestive problems after prolonged use, other add-on programs, such as CLEAN ALL, and more specific programs, such as DIGEST ALL, are available. If digestive problems are directly related to stress, PURE CALM contributes to the energy balance of the organism. All programs are designed to have a balancing effect on the energy field, and one’s own active participation in therapy and one’s own positive intentions can have a very positive impact on the program’s effectiveness, and in the experience of Jan Fredrik Poleszynski, our thoughts have the potential to affect things. In this way, positive effects of frequency can more easily have energy effects.

The advanced programs of Deep Cycle should not be used at first, you need to gradually get used to this frequency application, which can be run on various levels in preparation for the deep cycle program. The three programs that can be prepared for the deep loop program are: the first application, the second application and the third application.

The purpose of the first application is to gently touch the biological realm to gently and biologically stimulate the kidneys and lungs and induce relaxation and balance. In addition, the procedure contains frequencies that should biologically reduce sensitivity to electromagnetic and chemical stimuli. The second app works almost the same way as the first, but it’s longer and more intense. If well tolerated, you can start with the third application.

The third app is more powerful and comprehensive. It includes everything that has been used so far and can lead to new layers. The third app is designed to further stimulate the detox process energetically and help integrate the heart on the energy level. After a series of applications, the heart and blood systems often need support so that changes in the body can be applied. Now is the time to dig in and focus on the source of your energy. The main reasons should be investigated, as well as pH regulation of bioenergetics (kidneys and lungs).

Other Deep Cycle programs are designed for subsequent use after the initial 3-9 basic bioenergetic applications described above (kidneys, lungs, detoxification, relaxation and general acceptance of frequency applications). A suitable next step might be “Kidneys all” (alternatives, see below), which goes even further and includes bioenergetic-related organs and problems and sex organs, divided into “Kidneys all women” and “Kidneys all men” . You can apply this procedure if you are a “kidney person”, which means kidney problems are more important than other organ systems (lungs, etc.). Application of Deep Loop Program

The following are application notes for the deep loop program, however, you should not be limited by these descriptions as the program offers many more possibilities on an energetic level. In the experience of Jan Fredrik Poleszynski, clients go through certain cycles during the application process. There are daily, weekly and monthly cycles as well as classic application cycles such as energy detox, support of key organ systems and root causes of energy production. Therefore, it can be very helpful to find out which “loop” you are currently in so that you can choose the appropriate program.

First application

Deep loop program

Breath of life

• When: There are problems with energy related to the lungs and surrounding organs, including the breasts and surrounding tissues, as well as feelings of weakness and depression

Advice for beginners

This is a powerful set of programs designed to address all areas of your physical and mental health. If you are not an experienced Healy user, you will be satisfied after completing the golden cycle of work (two or three routines in sequence each day, record your responses, repeat up to three times if needed, in between routines Leave a reasonable interval for the frequency to resolve and take effect), then the next method is a great way to introduce yourself to the “deep loop” and get the most out of it.

• Days 1 to 3 – Run the “First Application” process only once per day
• Days 4 to 6 – run once a day, “Second Application” program
• Days 7 to 9 – Only run the “Third Application” process, once a day
• Days 9 to 12 – run the breath per day,
• Days 13 to 15 – run once a day to clean all
• Days 16 to 18 – Run Digest only once a day
• Days 19 to 21 – Run Roots only once a day,
• Days 22 to 24 – run free flow only, once a day
• Days 25 to 27 – run renewal only, once a day
• Days 28 to 30 – Run the kidneys once a day, all male or female (depending entirely on gender)
• Days 31 to 33 – Run Pure Calm once a day

NOTE: This is a subjective opinion and is a personal recommendation based on the functionality of these programs and the spirit of “slow and easy”/”less is more” to get the most out of Healy’s principles.

AYURVEDA is based on the Ayurvedic philosophy that the entire universe is the interaction of the five great elements – space, air, fire, water and earth – energy. Vata, Pitta and Kapha are combinations and arrangements of these five elements, which manifest as patterns that exist in all creation. In the body, Vata is the subtle energy of movement, Pitta is the energy of digestion and metabolism, and Kapha is the energy that forms the structure of the body.

Vata is the subtle energy associated with movement – composed of space and air. It controls breathing, blinking, muscle and tissue movement, heart beat, and all movements in the cytoplasm and membranes. Overall, Vata promotes creativity and flexibility.
