8 Simple Tips to Improve Memory and Mental Sharpness

Some degree of memory loss is common as we age, do you find yourself regularly forgetting things like where you put your keys, what to buy at the grocery store or even the names of people you just met? But that doesn’t mean we can’t take steps to improve our memory and keep our minds sharp. Here are 8 simple tips to help boost your memory and improve cognitive function.

1.Get enough sleep

Do you sometimes find yourself struggling to remember important things throughout the day? It could be that you’re not getting enough sleep. Your brain simply doesn’t function optimally when you’re exhausted. That’s why it’s so important to prioritize getting enough quality sleep. Not only does sleep help you feel refreshed and energized, but it also plays a vital role in boosting your memory and improving your ability to learn new things.

Studies have shown that people who sleep 7-9 hours a night perform better on memory tests than those who sleep less. During sleep, your brain consolidates memories and processes information, allowing you to retain information and recall it easily when needed. So try adjusting your sleep habits to make sure you’re getting enough rest each night. Your brain will thank you for it.

2.Exercise your brain

Your brain is like a muscle and needs regular exercise to keep it strong and healthy. Here are some specific ways to exercise your brain:

  • Try new things – Trying new things helps create new neural connections in the brain and improves cognitive function and memory. This can be as simple as taking a new job route, trying a new hobby or learning a new skill.
  • Play Brain Games – Playing brain games like crosswords, Sudoku, or brain teasers can help improve memory, problem-solving skills, and overall cognitive function. You can find a variety of puzzle games online, in books, or in apps.
  • Engage in creative activities – Engaging in creative activities such as drawing, drawing, or playing a musical instrument can help strengthen neural connections in the brain and improve cognitive function. Plus, it’s a fun way to exercise your brain and express yourself.
  • Learn a new language – Learning a new language not only expands your cultural horizons, it’s also a great exercise for your brain. Studies have shown that bilingualism can improve cognitive function and delay cognitive decline in older adults.
  • Remember things – challenging yourself to remember things, such as phone numbers, important dates, or poetry, can help improve your memory and overall cognitive function. Plus, it’s fun to exercise your brain and impress your friends!

3.Eat a brain-boosting diet

A healthy diet is not only good for your body, it is also good for your brain. So, which foods should you include in your diet to nourish your brain? Here are some examples of brain-boosting foods you can incorporate into your diet:

  • Blueberries – Blueberries are a great source of antioxidants that can help protect the brain from oxidative stress, inflammation, and the effects of aging. They’re also rich in flavonoids, which may improve your memory and cognitive function.
  • Avocado – Avocados are high in healthy fats, especially monounsaturated fats, which improve blood flow to the brain, reduce inflammation, and support the growth of new brain cells. They’re also a good source of vitamin K and folic acid, which may improve cognitive function.
  • Nuts – Nuts are a great source of healthy fats, fiber, and antioxidants that protect your brain from oxidative stress and inflammation. Some nuts, such as walnuts and almonds, are especially rich in nutrients that support brain health.
  • Fatty fish – Fatty fish such as salmon, sardines and tuna are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. They also contain vitamin D, which reduces inflammation and improves mood.

4.Stay hydrated

Dehydration can lead to cognitive impairment and memory problems, so make sure you drink enough water throughout the day. Aim to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to keep your brain hydrated and functioning optimally.

5.Get moving: Exercise your body and mind

  • When you get regular physical activity, you increase blood flow to the brain, which helps improve memory and cognitive function.
  • Find an activity you enjoy – exercising doesn’t have to be a chore – find an activity that you really enjoy and that doesn’t feel like work. Whether it’s dancing, hiking, swimming or playing a sport, make sure to incorporate movement that makes you happy into your routine.
  • Make time for regular exercise – It’s easy to let exercise slip off your priority list, but try to make it a non-negotiable part of your routine. Get at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise on most days of the week for maximum benefit.
  • Switch it up—mixing up a workout routine helps keep things interesting and challenges your brain in new ways. Try different types of exercise, such as cardio, strength training, and balance exercises.
  • Exercise throughout the day – Even if you can’t take part in a formal exercise session, try to add some exercise to your day whenever possible. Go for a walk during your lunch break, stretch while watching TV, or take more stairs and less elevators.

6.Socialize

Staying connected socially becomes increasingly important as you age, not only for your emotional health but also for your cognitive health. Research shows that socializing with other people can help improve memory and cognitive function. When you’re socializing, your brain is challenged to remember names, faces and details of people’s lives. This stimulation helps keep the mind sharp and prevents cognitive decline.

There are many ways to connect with others. Make an effort to reach out to friends and family, plan regular social events, or consider joining a club or organization that matches your interests. Whether it’s a book club, fitness group, or volunteer organization, engaging with others can provide you with the mental stimulation and social support you need to stay sharp and alert. So make socializing a priority in your life and reap the cognitive benefits.

Electromagnetic field EMF protection Solution for Using Spooky2

Imagine a world without electronics, everything relies on steam power, our communication is only telegraph, it is impossible to live in this modern age. Our world runs on technology, and with it come Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), the invisible forces that surround us, and while they are an essential part of modern life, in our hyperconnected world, we are surrounded by Electromagnetic fields (EMF) are bombarding everything from cell phones to Wi-Fi to power lines, but they can also pose potential health risks. It is critical to understand the sources of EMF in our everyday life, including:

  • Electronic devices: smartphones, computers and televisions that we use every day.
  • Power lines and wires: the veins and arteries of our electrified world.
  • Wi-Fi and other wireless technologies: the invisible waves that connect us all.

This intricate network of threads forms an integral part of our everyday lives, but not all EMFs are created equal. Ionizing radiation, such as X-rays, has enough energy to strip electrons from atoms, while non-ionizing radiation, such as radio frequencies, has lower energy. The latter is of greatest concern to us because it is ubiquitous in our daily lives and can pose potential health risks that we are unaware of. These invisible energy fields have been linked to a range of health problems, including:

  • Headaches and Migraines: Prolonged exposure to EMFs can lead to chronic headaches and migraines that affect your quality of life.
  • Insomnia and sleep disturbances: EMF exposure can disrupt your circadian rhythms, making it difficult to fall or stay asleep.
  • Fatigue and cognitive impairment: EMFs can affect your body’s ability to produce melatonin, a hormone that regulates sleep and helps repair cells, can lead to fatigue and cognitive impairment.
  • Increased risk of certain cancers: While the link between EMF and cancer is still being researched, some studies suggest a possible increased risk of certain types of cancer, such as brain tumors.

Research continues, and the debate about the long-term effects of EMF exposure continues. But one thing is clear: protecting our health in this electrified world is critical. Here are some EMF-protected living strategies:

How to Test Spooky2 Plasma Central Device

The Spooky2 Plasma Central kit has 4 functions: Plasma Mode, Ultrasonic Mode, Pulse Electromagnetic Field Mode (PEMF) and Contact mode, however, these functions may vary depending on different settings in the software Instead, here are some ways to test that your Spooky2 Central is working. Before testing Spooky2 Central, make sure all connections are good. For the connection method of Spooky2 Central accessories, please watch the video: https://youtu.be/27lEjvmrNWA. Also, don’t forget to check out the following notes for using Spooky2 Central: https://www.spooky2-mall.com/blog/notes-for-using-spooky-central/.

Plasma mode

If you connect the Spooky2 Central and run the software correctly, you can see the plasma tube and modulation light flashing, which means your Plasma is working properly. You can also test the plasma tube with a voltage test lead, the voltage sensor will light up when the Spooky2 Central is powered and the tube is running. Here is the instruction for using the test pen: https://www.spooky2-mall.com/download/PlasmaWireVoltageTest.pdf. If your Plasma Tube does not light up, you can refer to the attached link: https://www.spooky2-mall.com/blog/troubleshooting-plasma-tube-does-not-light-up/ .

Ultrasonic mode

Generally speaking, as long as you run it, you will hear the sound of ultrasonic waves. You can select the Mold and Slime 2 Day Home Treatment (P)-JW preset under the \Environmental\Plasma\ column of the Preset tab of the Spooky2 software and run it. You will hear the sound of the ultrasound, and if you are hard of hearing, ask someone else to help.

Pulse Electromagnetic Field Mode (PEMF)

The Spooky2 PEMF sends very short pulses to the coil, the pulse is a fixed 100 Hz, but the duration is very short: 69 microseconds, which means it is very difficult to detect. The PEMF coil has an on time of 69 microseconds and an off time of 999931 microseconds, it’s only on 0.0069% of the time, but you can still use a few methods to test if your Spooky2 Central’s PEMF mode is working. Before testing, please make sure all connections are tight and secure, please see detailed instructions here: https://www.spooky2-mall.com/blog/pemf-coil-how-to-connect-with-spooky-central/.

Method #1: Placing an AM radio next to the PEMF coil, which hums the radio when it is running, is the easiest way to check for a PEMF coil. For more details check here: http://www.spooky2videos.com/video/spooky2-hardware-checking-spooky-pemf-coil-using-a-radio-2/.

Method #2: Test the Spooky2 coil with a multimeter, measure the resistance of the PEMF coil, the resistance should be between 0.5 and 1.5 ohms, some multimeters give different readings, but this reflects the quality of the meter and test leads used. For more details check here: http://www.spooky2videos.com/video/spooky2-hardware-testing-spooky-coil-using-a-multimeter/.

Method #3: The operation of the PEMF coil can be checked using a sensitive compass, place the PEMF coil next to the compass and the needle will move slightly, any movement will indicate that the coil is working as the copper coil itself is non-magnetic until it is energized. For more details check here: http://www.spooky2videos.com/video/test-spooky2-pemf-coil/.

Contact Mode

If you plug in a PEMF coil and open the contact port, and you can hear a hum on the PEMF coil, the contact mode ports are working because they share some components. If you can’t hear the sound when you put the PEMF coil close to your ear, try placing the PEMF coil on a metal surface, the resonant sound of the PEMF coil should be louder. If the contact mode port fails, the PEMF coil most likely will not function either. For more details, check out the link: https://www.spooky2support.com/hc/en-us/articles/227032628-How-do-you-test-the-contact-output-on-the-Central- .
