“Longevity Gong” is the internal power of Taoism, training the mind, and training the innate qi of people. It focuses on relaxation and naturalness, and uses many gentle curved and curved movements to communicate the integration of the innate qi of the heaven and the earth with the vitality of the human body. “Longevity Gong” is for Yin, for softness, for inner, for concealment, for ridge, for water, for kun, for god, for innate, for superior quality; practice for a long time, so that you can enter the “door of Xuanwu”, practice essence and transform qi , Practicing Qi transforms into God, five qi return to Yuan, and finally achieves the limitless state of “Heaven and Man as One”, in which the practice of Spirit returns to emptiness, returns to Wuji, does not think and do nothing, and forgets both things and I. This is the way of longevity.

“Vajra Gong” is one of the Chinese Taoist health-preserving methods. It absorbs the essence of my country’s traditional excellent qigong culture. Applying the natural law of “harmony between man and nature”, combined with the TCM theory of “yin and yang and five elements”, it is composed of two exercises, “Vajra Gong (outer eight parts)” and “longevity exercise (inner eight parts)”. “Vajra Gong” is Yang, rigid, external, manifest, detachment, fire, dry, body, acquired, and foundation. Practicing “Vajra Gong” and “Longevity Gong” is actually the combination of internal and external, the combination of rigidity and softness, the combination of heaven and earth, the combination of barrier and detachment, the combination of innate qi and acquired zang-fu and grain hydration and subtle qi. Long-term practice can achieve the state of “unity of nature and human beings”, and the purpose of double cultivation of life, balance of yin and yang, healing of diseases and fitness, and prolonging life.
