Herniated Disc Pain Relief with Spooky2

A disc sits between each vertebra in the spine and acts as a cushion for the spine, and when a herniated disc occurs, one of the discs can tear or leak, limiting your ability to bend or move freely. These disc herniations or leaks are common and can appear anywhere in the spine, but in most cases, they appear in the lower back or neck. Herniated discs are one of the leading causes of neck, arm, back, and leg pain (sciatica). They do cause inconvenience and disturbing pain to our bodies.

Discs naturally degenerate as we age, so even a slight strain or twisting motion can cause a herniated disc.
