Operation of Spooky2 Frequency Program for applying Vitamin’s

Vitamins are organic compounds that humans need to maintain health. They are often referred to as “essentials”. There are 13 types of vitamins that are necessary for the human body. Most vitamins come from food and dietary supplements, including the following:

  • Vitamin A Function: It is essential for eye health. Deficiencies: night blindness, hyperkeratosis and corneal softening. Sources: liver, cod liver oil, carrots, broccoli, butter, spinach, pumpkin, eggs, milk.
  • Vitamin B1 Function: It is essential for the production of various enzymes that help break down blood sugar. Deficiencies: beriberi and Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome. Sources: Yeast, pork, grains, kale, cauliflower, potatoes, oranges.
  • Vitamin B2 Function: Essential for healthy cell growth and development and metabolism. Faults–Inflamed lips and cracked mouth. Sources: Asparagus, bananas, persimmons, okra, milk, yogurt, meat, eggs, fish and green beans.
  • Vitamin B3 Function: It helps cells grow and work properly. Deficiencies: pellagra, diarrhea, skin changes, intestinal problems. Sources: Chicken, beef, tuna, salmon, milk, eggs, tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, nuts.
  • Vitamin B5 Function: Essential for energy and hormone production. Defects: paresthesia, tingling. Sources: Meat, whole grains, broccoli, avocado, yogurt.
  • Vitamin B6 Function: Essential for the growth of red blood cells. Deficiencies: anemia and peripheral neuropathy. Sources: Chickpeas, beef liver, bananas, pumpkin, nuts.
  • Vitamin B7 Function: It helps to form keratin, which enables the body to metabolize proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Deficiency: dermatitis or intestinal inflammation. Sources: egg yolks, liver, broccoli, spinach, cheese.
  • Vitamin B9 Function: Essential for DNA and RNA. Deficiency: During pregnancy, this affects the normal development of the nervous system of the fetus. Sources: Peas, beans, liver, some fortified grain products, and sunflower seeds.
  • Vitamin B12 Function: It is essential for a healthy nervous system. Deficiencies: Nervous problems and anemia. Sources: Fish, shellfish, meat, poultry, eggs, milk, and other dairy products.
  • Vitamin C Function: It aids in collagen production, wound healing and bone formation. It also strengthens blood vessels, supports the immune system, and acts as an antioxidant. Defect: scurvy. Sources: Fruits and vegetables.
  • Vitamin D function: Necessary for bone mineralization. Deficiencies: rickets and osteomalacia. Source: Exposure to the sun’s UVB rays causes the body to produce vitamin D. Fatty fish, eggs, beef liver and mushrooms also contain this vitamin.
  • Vitamin E Function: Its main role is to act as an antioxidant, reducing the risk of widespread inflammation. Deficiency: It may cause hemolytic anemia of the newborn. This condition destroys blood cells. Sources: wheat germ, kiwi fruit, almonds, eggs, tree nuts, green leafy vegetables and vegetable oils.
  • Vitamin K Function: Essential for blood clotting. Faults: Unusual bleeding susceptibility or diathesis. Sources: Green leafy vegetables, squash, figs and parsley.

We can use the Spooky2 frequency program to increase our vitamin levels, taking vitamin D as an example, the steps are as follows:

1. Vitamin related presets – search for the keyword “vitamin” under the presets tab, you will find many default vitamin presets, choose a vitamin related preset, then go to the “control” tab to select a generator port to load and run.

2. Vitamin Deficiency Program – Select the Healing Shell Preset under the Presets tab. Then go to the Programs tab and find some related programs by searching for the keyword “Vitamin D” and you will find them!

3. Molecular Weight Vitamin Frequency – Select “MW Emulate Shell Preset” under the “Presets” tab. Then go to the Programs tab and find some related programs by searching for the keyword “vitamin D”. Note that programs with a “MW” suffix are better suited for the MW Shell Preset.

Vitamins play a variety of roles in helping the body function properly, including:

  • Strengthens the immune system.
  • Prevent or delay health problems such as heart disease and cancer.
  • Helps healthy cells divide and replicate.
  • Strengthens bones and teeth.
  • Maintain healthy skin and eyes.
  • Helps the body metabolize protein and carbohydrates.
